Soowon Galbi is one of the few Korean barbecue restaurants in Los Angeles that serves the Vietnamese-inspired dduk bossam (rice-paper wrap… ddeok bossam).

Hours: from 12 noon to 9:00 pm on most days
Menu includes appetizers like haemul pajeon, bibimbap, soups like kimchi jjigae, and BBQ like their house-marinated short ribs.
