Wilshire Park Place, on Wilshire Boulevard between Oxford and Serrano avenues, is a mid-rise office building known for having one of the broadest building setbacks along all of Wilshire. The giant lawn in the front is about a third of a block. It is easily recognizable by having Radio Korea as its anchor tenant.

Many public events are staged in front, including World Cup viewings that draw on thousands of spectators watching the game on a large screen. The Wiltern Theater and Wilshire/Western Purple Line metro station are a block west on Western Avenue.

* Newly signed L.A. Dodgers Ryu Hyun-jin had a press meet at WPP on December 11 (Tuesday), 2012, from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM.

* Wilshire Park Palace was referred to as “Liberty Park” by BLM protestors during the 2020 L.A. Riots
