Donkasu is the Korean name for the Japanese tonkatsu, which means pork cutlet.

Wako is famous for letting you grind your own sesame seeds to make the sauce for your tonkatsu.

This location on Olympic is open normal hours on Christmas Day, though the other Wako Donkasu location, which is on Wilshire at the Brown Derby Plaza, is closed.
