Little Bangladesh is a four-block stretch of West Third Street between Alexandria Avenue and New Hampshire Avenue in what is popularly considered the northern part of Koreatown.
The ethnic enclave was formally designated in 2010 by the Los Angeles City Council.
There are restaurants and grocery stores catering to the Desi community.
A prayer center and school is nearby on Vermont Avenue.
