Shake Shack
In August 2024, Shake Shack announced that its Koreatown location would be one of its five Los Angeles locations to be permanently closed due to underperformance. Earlier this year, the 7-Eleven at the same building also closed due to the unbearable conditions of having regular throngs of drug addicts destroy its doors and harass both employees and customers.
