UPDATE: Closed… but in September 2024, retook the same space as Kopan Izakaya after Rockn Sushi and Gokan had closed.

Kopan Ramen calls itself a Japanese Izakaya. It has several locations throughout Los Angeles.

This branch was on the second floor of the Madang Mall on Western Avenue, just north of Wilshire Boulevard.

Menu included “black ramen” and tonkatsu.

* In May 2021, the space was taken over by California Rock’n Sushi.
