UPDATE: Closed the City Center branch in August 2019. Opened at a new location at Vermont Avenue & James M. Wood Boulevard in May 2020. (Hmart is planning to over a new branch, taking over Zion Market’s old space in City Center.)
Zion Market was a spatially cramped Korean supermarket on the ground floor of the City Center mall on 6th Street. As noted in the update above, it has since reopened at a newly building on Vermont Avenue.
Open seven days a week from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
A convenient place to buy fresh fruit, Korean snacks, live seafood, fresh produce, beer, and prepared food to go, such as kimbap.
Zion Market has other branches in Buena Park, San Diego, Irvine and Cerritos.
