Jjukkujjukku is a Korean BBQ restaurant that opened in 2014 in the old space of 105 Pocha at the Brown Derby Plaza on Wilshire & Alexandria. The name Jjukku Jjukku (쭈꾸쭈꾸) is from jjukkumi, a small octopus that is grilled with spicy sauce. It is often eaten in the spring, while the regular-sized octopus are for later in the year. You can see a jjukkumi on Jjuku Jjuku’s logo, which also has a smaller cow and a piglet to one side — beef and pork barbecue are on the menu as well. Open seven days a week from 12 noon to 1:00 am.
