Second location of the Korean eatery KING BOP, recently known for crunchy sushi tacos.

Kingbop took over the space of its sister business KingFriez in Summer 2026. It’s next to the longstanding boba shop on the southwest corner of 7th & Vermont.

The name looks to be a play on “kimbap,” which is frequently transliterated by Koreans into English as “kimbop.”

Kingbop’s parent business group Blackhama is also responsible for the King Pocha and King Yubu franchises.
