Started as a mom-and-pop camellia oil maker in 1932 in the North Korean city of Kaesong, the Amorepacific Corporation is South Korea’s largest and oldest cosmetics firm.

Today it is Asia’s third-largest cosmetics maker by sales behind Japanese firms Shiseido Co. and Kao Corp.
