San Marino Villas
A three-story apartment building that was declared “Los Angeles Historic Cultural Monument #870″ in May 2007.
Designed by Harry Monroe Banfield, the three-story frame-and-stucco apartment building was an excellent example of the Mission Revival style that was built in Los Angeles during the late 1890s through the mid-1920s.
It was destroyed by fire in the early morning of April 15, 2013.
