In its heyday, there were five Ruben’s Taco Trucks in the Los Angeles area. This truck parks on Western by Pico on Wednesday nights / Thursday morning. Last spotted in February 2020.

flour tortilla ,(option of corn tortilla smaller)melted jack n cheddar cheese with cilantro onions and salsa (your choice of meat or veggie).

TORTA CUBANA

torta bread,mayonnaise,pinto beans,milanesa,eggs, sausage,ham ,melted cheese with pastor and pineapple.

NACHOS

tortilla chips,(hand made)pinto beans,nacho cheese,jalapenos and pico de galloand sour cream (your choice of meat or veggie)

CRISPY TACOS

fried corn tortilla shells(Home made) lettuce ,jack n cheddar cheese,crema and pico de gallo(option of meat or veggie).

WET BURRITO

flour tortilla,pintobeans,cilantro,onions,covered with avocado salsa tomatoes and queso fresco with cilantro.
