Pollo A La Brasa is a rotisserie chicken restaurant founded over a decade ago and still owned by the Japanese-Peruvian family Maekawa.
Had been scheduled to move to a new building right next to its current one towards the end of 2014. Update: Moved into the new building by late 2016.
Closed on Tuesdays. Open roughly from 11:00 am to 9:30 from Wednesday to Monday.
On the menu: anticuchos (grilled beef hearts)
Note that the L.A. County Health Department temporarily shut down Pollo A La Brasa from 02/17/2015 to 02/18/2015.
