Klat is a cafe in the space formerly occupied by a branch of the Tom n Toms coffee shop at the Madang Mall. It has a small patio.

On the menu: Avocado Toast, Breakfast Waffle, Salmon Benedict, Ribeye Kimchi Fried Rice

Hours were 9:00 am – 12:00 midnight, seven days a week.
