UPDATE: Due to subway construction on Wilshire from Western, Hite Gwangjang will have to vacate its lot. Last day of operation: October 18, 2015.

Hite Kwangjang is a bar-restaurant catering to Korean men in their 30s and 40s.

Menu includes tonkatsu and tofu kimchi.

Fried chicken available for takeout. No delivery.

Hite is the name of a popular South Korean beer. Gwangjang means “plaza” or square.

Located on the northeast corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Manhattan Place in the same strip as Nagoya Sushi and Gaju Kimbap. Right next to Village Bakery. Ample parking lot.
