New Korean eatery franchise from South Korea, where the company’s name is transliterated into English as HalGaDduk.

Halgatteok is short for Halmoni Garae Tteok, which is Korean for Grandma’s Rice-Bar Cakes.

Garaetteok is a long, cylindrical “Rice Bar Cake” made with non-glutinous rice flour. It has a super chewy texture.
