What is Coolush?

즉석에서 만들어주는 눈꼿빙수로서 다양한 베이스와 flavor, topping으로 맛있고 영양가있는 slush, sorbet 같은 빙수 디저트이다.

​A shaved snow ice dessert that contains a base flavour. In addition, provides various other toppings, fruit chunks and flavors that work perfectly with our slushy/sorbet type of dessert.

삭빙 방식이 아닌 드럼방식으로 대장균 등의 박테리아 발생소지가 없이 매우 위생적이다.

빙수에 air pocket이 많아 일반 빙수보다 5배 이상 녹지 않는다

Advantage of Coolush snow maker?

This machine is operated and not a blade shaving system but a drum system. That is why this machine contains no bacteria such as colon bacillus.

The snow is melted very slowly (5 times slower than another one) because there are many air pockets in the snow.

The taste of the snow is very good and has a good texture
