What would’ve been the third location of Caffe Bene in the Koreatown LA area was announced in 2015 as one of the tenants of the reopening California Marketplace.

As of April 2016 / February 2018, there is still no Caffe Bene at Gaju Marketplace. Instead, there is a franchise of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, as well as a franchise of the South Korean bakeshop chain Tous Les Jours.

There are two other locations of Caffe Bene in the area — the original on Western Avenue, just south of Sixth Street… and another one on Wilshire Boulevard, near Normandie Avenue.
