Gaju Kimbap, which had been inside the old Gaju Market on 5th & Western, and then subsequently had to move out when the building was demolished for a major renovation… and then found a place on Wilshire & Manhattan for a few years before again being forced to move out, this time because the Hite strip mall had to be uprooted for Metro subway construction… finally found a new home in 2016 on the ground floor of the building on the southeast corner of 4th & Western.

Opened on the southeast corner of 4th Street and Western Avenue in September 2016.
