North Koreatown is north of 3rd Street to Melrose Avenue… It is mostly located outside Koreatown’s formal borders, as defined by the Los Angeles City Council. (The business corridor on Western Avenue from 3rd Street to Rosewood is considered part of Koreatown by the City Council.)
